How Do I De-Activate a License?

Certain circumstances require users to deactivate their plug-in licence.  This may need to be done if a licence has to be revoked, or if a customer requests a refund for their purchase. 

In the event of a refund request, the licence needs to be deactivated in iLok Licence Manager in order for the refund to be processed.

To deactivate your plug-in licence, simply log in to your iLok account, then right-click on the plug-in you would like to deactivate.  A pull-down menu will appear underneath your plug-in, then click “deactivate”.  It’s that simple. 

Note: Please be sure you are using the actual Licence Manager application, and not just the browser version.
