I Bought a Product but Never Received a Confirmation Mail Or Product Activation Code

First, don’t panic. 

IMPORTANT: Relab does NOT use license activation codes for the software.

Upon purchase, the license is automatically deposited into your Pace iLok account.

To activate your new Relab software, please follow the instructions in this help article here.

If you do not see a license in your Pace iLok account, please verify that you used the correct iLok account or email during checkout.

If you accidentally used an incorrect iLok username or deposited the software in the incorrect account, please ensure that you keep the software de-activated and contact support here and provide the correct username for the iLok account you wish to use.

Someone will be happy to move the software license into the correct iLok account for you.

So, please allow up to 48hrs for a reply from support.
