My Relab Plug-in Is Crashing. What Do I Do?

Plug-ins may crash for a variety of reasons.  If you are experiencing unexpected crashes, there are few steps to take before contacting Relab Support.

1 – Please make sure you are using the most recent version of iLok License Manager.  Sometimes, not having an updated version of the License Manager app can cause communication/compatibility issues between your iLok-activated plug-in and your DAW.  If you are unsure which version of License Manager you have, it’s best to update at the link below, anc then reboot  This will eliminate one potential cause of your crashes.

2 – After you have verified that you are using the most recent version of Licence Manager, and then rebooted, you should do a clean reinstall of your plug-in.  Any installers you may need can be found here…

While we do not officially support every DAW, and can not absolutely guarantee a fix for your specific problem, we will do our best to track down what may be causing it.

If we can not solve a particular issue to your satisfaction, we would be happy to discuss a possible refund, on a case-by-case basis, depending on what we believe may be causing your issue.
