REV6000 Crossgrade Steps for Customers with VSR S24 or Reverb Bundle 2

Prerequisites

  1. Ensure all your non-NFR Relab licenses in your iLok account are also in your Relab account dashboard. (NFRs will NOT import into a Relab account)
  2. The system must “see” your S24 or Reverb Bundle 2 license in your Relab account to complete the crossgrade.

Step 1: Account Migration (if necessary)

If you have a license in your iLok account that’s not in your Relab account:

  1. Visit https://shop.relabdevelopment.com/legacy/
  2. Click the green button.
  3. Follow the steps to migrate your licenses from iLok to your Relab account.

Step 2:

Crossgrade Process for VSR S24 Owners

  3. During checkout, make sure to select your old VSR S24 product.

NOTE:  You may need to de-activate your past licenses before the crossgrade.

Crossgrade Process for Reverb Bundle 2 Owners

To upgrade your Reverb Bundle 2 license to the new bundled version (Reverb Bundle 2 with REV6000 and VSR S24):

  1. Go to https://shop.relabdevelopment.com/cart/add/5-02-32-20
  2. This link will guide you through the upgrade process.
  3. During checkout, make sure to select your old Reverb Bundle 2 product.

NOTE:  You may need to de-activate your past licenses before the crossgrade.

Step 3: Completing the Upgrade

  1. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the checkout process.
  2. Your old license will be revoked and replaced with the new bundled version (this gives you REV6000 and maintains the S24 license as well)

Additional Information

Remember: This crossgrade process is specifically for customers who own either the VSR S24 or the Reverb Bundle 2.
